Submitting claim

Important! Before you decide to file a claim with the guarantee fund, we recommend that you visit our Frequently Asked Questions. There you can read, among other things, that it is very important that the damage you suffered was caused by another motor vehicle (car, motorcycle, etc.). If this is not the case - for example, there was intentional destruction (scratched car) - then unfortunately you cannot appeal to the motor insurance fund. So please read the questions and answers so that you save yourself the trouble of entering a claim unnecessarily.

To enter your claim, the Waaborg Fund asks you for your Citizen Service Number (BSN, formerly Sofi number). They will also ask for your date of birth and the license plate number of your car.
